This is a PTR Industries known as the PTR-91 GI chambered in 308 Winchester, model PTR100.
The GI rifle features a Parkerized finish with classic green furniture" 18" tapered barrel and a classic "SEF" steel lower. The removal of the precision-welded top rail allows the use of original claw mounts and carry handles.
