This is a Gemtech Flash Hider known as the QUICKMOUNT chambered in 762NATO, model 12156.
The Gemtech 7.62mm QUICKMOUNT is a precision machined" heat treated suppressor adapter. It features a more conventional flash hider design. Fits TPR-S" HVT-QM" QUICKSAND" and ONE suppressors.
