This is a Yankee Hill Machine Co Grip known as the KeyMod, model YHM-9210A.
YHM's Keymod Hand Stop / Barrier Stop easily mounts on Keymod rails including YHM KR7 and S.L.K. series to provide excellent weapon control. The textured front side is for superior traction on barriers and obstacles. The unit allows the use of a Q.D. Sling Swivel (YHM-9466) from either side. Also allows the use of Clip or Safety Lock Slings on the front slot. Made from hardcoat anodized 6061-T6 aluminum. Includes all mounting hardware and wrench.
