This is an AR-15 Accu-Wedge, made from synthetic rubber in a red color. The accuwedge helps reduce wiggle an AR-15 might have between the upper and lower receiver. To install the Accu-Wedge you will need to place it in the lower receiver behind the rear take-down pin.
